1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IVGraph ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. IVGraph is a knowledge graph visualization plugin for Notion that allows you to visualize your Notion workspace data.

2. Beta Service

IVGraph is currently in beta testing phase. As a beta service:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice
  • Service availability may be intermittent or limited
  • We may terminate or modify the beta program at any time

3. Notion Integration

IVGraph integrates with Notion through the official Notion API. By using our Service:

  • You authorize IVGraph to access your Notion workspace data necessary to provide the visualization service
  • You must comply with Notion's Terms of Service and acceptable use policies
  • We only access data you explicitly grant permission to through the Notion OAuth flow
  • We do not store your Notion content permanently; data is processed to generate visualizations

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
  • Not use the Service to transmit harmful code or interfere with its operation
  • Not use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. Intellectual Property

The IVGraph Service, including its visual design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by IVGraph and protected by intellectual property laws. Your Notion content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the visualization features.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We process your Notion data only to provide the graph visualization service. We do not:

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use your content for advertising purposes
  • Share your data except as necessary to provide the Service

AI-powered features (such as "Similar Nodes") may process your data through secure third-party AI services. No data is retained by these services beyond what is necessary for the immediate request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVGraph and its operators shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from service interruptions or data inaccuracies
  • Issues resulting from third-party services (including Notion API)

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. During the beta phase, changes may be frequent. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting IVGraph from your Notion workspace.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
